The Fricke agency impressively demonstrates how flexible and efficient the use of our AVMS Studios can be. On three consecutive days, the agency, which focuses on brand presentation and sales success, uses the studio with changing objectives. Each studio day has a different thematic focus. The studio is given a tailor-made look for each application, so that a convincing atmosphere is created in each case. The high adaptability of the studio becomes a reliable foundation for solutions for the presentations of the future.

High-resolution LED technology forms the background of the studio. For example, it transforms into a typical Hanseatic brick façade, shows the view into an office loft or it becomes a fashion store in the pedestrian zone. Skillfully real equipment elements complement the media technology, so that a convincing scenery is created. The facilitator uses real exhibits and analog tools such as flip charts or material samples. At the same time, he makes use of the multimedia possibilities of media technology. Additional products are integrated by means of video overlays, which are mounted as a virtual model in the transmitted live image. The AVMS team takes care of the video and audio direction, the recording, the streaming and, if desired, also the post-production.

Day 1: Studio practice test

On the first day, the agency was able to see for itself how versatile a professional studio is. Different applications could take place directly one after the other. For each application, the studio was used differently and new equipment elements were integrated. This day convinced the agency to continue using the studio for a wide variety of applications and flexible content. Particularly convincing was not only the professional technology, but also the pragmatic and motivated AVMS team on site. Day 2: Hybrid Showroom

On the second day, the studio was transformed into a 1:1 model of a hybrid showroom. This showroom concept serves the agency as a prototype for customer-specific showroom solutions, which are currently being implemented as an alternative or useful supplement to trade fair presentations. The LED technology saves the team the effort of sampling the showroom in reality. On this “showroom day”, the agency team tested the technical and content-related implementation of the so-called web sales function. It has been developed for personal consultation and, for example, machine acceptance, also online and without great travel expenses and consists, in addition to the technology, also of the special sales know-how for new customer acquisition.

Day 3: Corona update

Online training for trade fairs and retail

On the third day, the agency team used the AVMS studio to produce video for their new online training. More than 20 individual practical examples from the stationary retail trade, service sector and trade fair environment were played through and recorded. Changing studio backgrounds on the LED walls, served as a “stage set”. Few, intelligent equipment elements, helped the trainer team to turn the “role plays” convincingly and entertainingly. Especially because the leading topic “Sympathetic communication and successful selling despite masks” has negative connotations, the opportunity to immerse oneself in changing shopping worlds paid off.

Karsten Fricke: “Third day’s insight: it doesn’t get much more efficient than this. Better would be only real locations in the supermarket, at the hairdresser’s or in the electronics shop – but that would have meant many times the time, risk and investment.”

After so much praise and recognition, it is clear that the use of the AVMS studio was not a one-off event but will become a permanent fixture in the agency calendar.
