Big sales event of an insurance company at the Kameha Grand Bonn

A large insurance company had invited to an impressive motivational event with a big come together. About 1000 sales representatives were invited. Due to space constraints, the event was held on two double days, each with 500 participants. AVMS was present at the sales meeting with a large amount of event technology and service.

The beautiful Kameha Grand Congress Hotel was equipped with a main stage, a side stage, two large projections, sound and video direction as well as a workshop area with demo points.

The first day consisted of awelcome, workshops, gala dinner with honors and after show party with DJ .

On the second day there were Workshops, show programs with iPad magician, lazer artist, artist, live band, and aftershow party with DJ.

To make the event an unforgettable experience, our team pulled out all the stops and moved, installed and operated a lot of equipment in a very short time.
