Repair of a damaged LED corner
Corner off, now what? AVMS can do something!
One moment of not paying attention and it happened. That corners or edges of LED modules are damaged is not so rare. Such damage to LED tiles is also possible at the AVMS Repair Center. Even if the carrier material is damaged or no longer present, there is good hope for recovery.
We can illustrate this with the example of the broken corner of an LED tile.
First, the damaged area is freed from LED residues and damaged conductive tracks and cleaned. Then a new conductor path is inserted in the form of a repair foil. Then solder in replacement LEDs and reattach the protective grid. The result is impressive.
