Votes

To vote on agenda items, use the voting function. This can be personalized or anonymous. Of course, an owner can be allocated more voting shares if he or she has a larger stake in the company. A quorum may also be established at any time. The vote result is available immediately, saving valuable time.

Online archive

The entire Annual General Meeting may be recorded and made available to shareholders at a later date. In this way, even shareholders who have not attended the meeting can understand how decisions were reached.

The AVMS Streaming4you platform is developed, hosted and operated in Germany in accordance with the current EU Data Protection Regulation (EU-DSGVO). As a customer, you will receive an AV contract (order processing contract) and can use this as proof for your clients.
