The AVMS summer party took place this year on the indoor kart track due to the weather

Suitably to the rather moderate weather the AVMS summer party was celebrated at ECO-Kart in the indoor hall. The kart track runs over 3 levels with corresponding climbs and rapid descent. The electric karts are equipped with a time-limited boost function that allows the driver to perform tactical maneuvers when overtaking or to gain more speed on grades or climbs.

After a training session where the participants could get used to the karts and the track, there was a short drinking break for a lively exchange of experiences. Then it was on to qualifying, where the starting grid was determined. The race that followed was a lot of fun for everyone involved, whether trainees or long-time employees. Thrilling overtaking maneuvers, light touches, even with the rail, and an open battle for the race win until the end of the race, offered everything that characterizes a kart race.

After the card event, the AVMS team enjoyed delicious food in a rustic restaurant. Attention was paid to the variety of dishes, also with regard to vegan food, so that a tasty and healthy diet was offered to all. A free choice of beverages rounded out the happy get-together.

So, naturally, the anticipation for the next summer party is great.
