The annual general meeting of Haus & Grund was equipped with event technology
When holding an annual general meeting, there are a number of things to consider when selecting event technology. Everything was thought of at the AGM for Haus & Grund Deutschland, so that everything went according to plan in the Chamber Music Hall of the Mendelssohn House in Leipzig. This is no wonder, because AVMS has been competently managing this event for years.
Light, sound, stage, deco, video and camera technology, tuning and live streaming from Leipzig to the world
For adequate lighting, a truss construction was suspended from the hall ceiling and numerous spotlights were mounted and aligned. Thus, the previously set up stage as well as the performers shone in bright splendor. Colored washlight spotlights provided beautiful ambient lighting.
The stage background was realized with DCP frames and a textile back wall as decoration. A large preview monitor showed speakers desired information and a smaller display showed available speaking time. Two 130″ LED screens on height-adjustable tripods, displayed information about the speaker or important info.
The lectern was equipped with a monitor in portrait format, which displayed the customer logo. High-quality microphones and profile loudspeakerswith excellent speech reproduction were used for the sound system.
The voting, which is obligatory at such events, was realized with a professional voting system and carried out without errors.
In order to reach members who were not able to be on site, the meeting was broadcast via live streaming. A hygiene concept was drawn up and implemented for the participants on site in accordance with the legal requirements.
