Perfect symbiosis: high-end LED technology meets established exhibition stand construction systems
AVMS recently had an exciting appointment with one of our long-standing partners, mac brandspaces in Langenlonsheim. On site, we had the opportunity to present the design and project departments with a technical innovation that significantly simplifies and aesthetically enhances the installation of LED walls in system exhibition stand construction.
There was a great deal of interest: numerous creative minds and project managers from mac came to see for themselves how flexibly modern media technology can be integrated into classic building structures today. The focus was on our INFiLED DB 1.9an LED solution that was specially developed to meet the highest demands in terms of image quality and flexibility.
The innovation in detail: Integration into the OCTAwall Pro system
The challenge in exhibition stand construction is often the same: how do you seamlessly integrate a high-resolution LED wall into an existing wall system without having to build elaborate special constructions?
The solution we presented in Langenlonsheim impresses with its simplicity and precision. Our INFiLED DB (Deep Black) modules are not only easy to handle thanks to their compact format of 500x500x76 mm, but are also designed for compatibility with the OCTAwall Pro frame system from Octanorm
How the adapter mechanism works
The key to seamless integration is a special but unobtrusive adapter plate. Here is how it works technically:
- The connection: The adapter plate acts as a precise link between the LED cabinet and the aluminum profile of the wall system.
- Installation: Instead of hanging the LED modules separately in front of or behind the wall, they are hooked directly into the system groove of the OCTAwall Pro frames and fixed in place using the adapter.
- Secure connection: To ensure that the modules are securely anchored in the frame even with large formats, the adapter plates must be used every 100 cm.
- The result: an absolutely flush surface. The LED wall merges visually with the rest of the exhibition stand. No distracting edges or deep offsets are visible.
Why INFiLED DB is the right choice
In addition to the mechanical integration, the visual quality of the modules is particularly impressive. Thanks to NATIONSTAR Goldwire Deep Black SMD technology and a fine pixel pitch of 1.95 mm , these walls deliver extremely high contrast and ultimate image quality.

- Robust protection: The modules have special “corner protection” to protect the sensitive edges during assembly
- Simple maintenance: If something should happen, front service is also possible during operation.
