Intuitive navigation via rotary knob control
What looks complicated can be so simple. A rotary knob like the ones in some vehicles can be used to navigate through a menu. On the three split monitors mounted horiziontal to each other, the content is rotated around the user in a circle. The topic selection can be made at any time and the menu structure can be navigated up and down. The selection of themes was accompanied by a corresponding color change of the illuminated surfaces in the floor and ceiling.
Every 2 years, hundreds of exhibitors take part in the Innovation Award at Automechanika and present the latest products. Winners of the individual groups and also the participants we present in our design by means of an interactive object recognition. The visitor can playfully move through the categories of the participants.
