Headlight Robe Megapointe

Our brand new MegaPointe sets the new standard for hybrid headlights. Unleash your creativity with bright, well-defined parallel light beams, excellent gobo projection, precise movement, even CMY color mixing, perfectly uniform dimming, and a variety of backlight, wash, and shape effects.

Together with Osram, the Robe development department has newly developed a 470 W light source and perfectly matched it to the innovative optical system of the MegaPoint. The design allows for a brilliant, crystal clear, razor sharp beam, zoomable from a resounding 1.8° to a wide 42°.

Both the static and rotatable (glass gobo-equipped) gobo wheels produce precise backlight effects or sharp, high-contrast projections with homogeneous illumination.

The absolutely new effect engine can create 12 different beam effects. In addition, the light beam can be changed with the help of a beam shaper effect, which enables a completely new symbiosis of functionality and creativity.
