LED Ball at the Special Exhibition "130 Years of Mercedes Commercial Vehicles"

The LED sphere serves as a technological monument to 130 years of transportation history

Since June 28, 2026, the Mercedes-Benz Museum in Stuttgart has been looking back on an impressive era. The special exhibition“130 Years of Commercial Vehicles”celebrates the evolution from Carl Benz’s first van and Gottlieb Daimler’s first truck to modern electric powerhouses like the eActros 600. As a specialist in sophisticated media technology, AVMS was able to make a special contribution to this milestone: a 1.5-meter-tall animated LED globe that spectacularly visualizes the global significance of transportation.

Technology That Tells Stories

In an exhibition that combines both historic exhibits with a patina and cutting-edge electric powertrains, the multimedia presentation plays a crucial role. Our LED sphere serves as the central element, making complex data and the 130-year history of the brand with the star intuitive and accessible to every visitor. This project, which we were able to realize in close collaboration with our long-standing partner Raumtechnik, once again underscores that our LED wall solutions go far beyond flat screens. We rely on innovative forms of media technology to bring brand messages to life where history is made. While the local team provided expert on-site support for the installation, AVMS supplied the proven hardware to ensure this highlight shines seamlessly.
