High-end visual solutions for stand builders Bruns and Rehm at Productronica

Productronica 2025 in Munich (November 18 – 21) was the showcase for the latest technologies in electronics manufacturing. To underline this claim to innovation visually, AVMS was commissioned by our partner, Bruns Messebau, to technically equip the Rehm Thermal Systems trade fair stand.

True to our credo “The customer should be able to sleep soundly”, the AVMS team from Hanover not only supplied the hardware, but also ensured smooth implementation with precise planning and experienced technicians. The focus was on the seamless integration of digital content into the stand architecture in order to impressively showcase Rehm’s high-tech solutions.

LED pylons and 360-degree rotunda

The centerpiece of the installation was an LED application that demonstrated our expertise as a specialist for special shapes

The LED rot unda: The suspended LED rotunda with a diameter of approx. 4.80 meters was an absolute eye-catcher. This curved shape was realized with the curvable INFiLED X2 modules (2.6mm pixel pitch).
The concave curvature enabled an immersive display that was visible from afar in the exhibition hall.

For the feed, we relied on maximum reliability and performance: while BrightSign 4K media players ensured stable continuous operation, a high-performance desktop PC was used for demanding content.

The signals were processed by professional Novastar 4k processors to guarantee a pixel-perfect display on the special formats.

Technical details and advantages of the materials used

When implementing the Rehm trade fair stand at Productronica 2025, the focus was not only on pure image size, but also on the intelligent fusion of architecture and media technology. The components were selected specifically according to the requirements for flexibility, image quality and reliability.

INFiLED X2: Dynamics through curving

The spectacular rotunda was realized with the INFiLED X2 series (2.6 mm). This material is characterized by its outstanding mechanical flexibility. The modules can be curved (bent) in precise steps to form perfect concave or convex shapes – ideal for the organic design language of the rotunda. In addition to high brightness and strong contrast, the X2 series offers maximum safety when suspended above the heads of visitors thanks to its sophisticated rigging system (hanging stacking units).

Signal management: High performance in the background

Novastar processors (MCTRL4K series) formed the backbone of the signal processing in order to transfer the high-resolution content (4K) smoothly and synchronously to the special formats. They enable pixel-precise mapping of the content to the irregular resolutions of the pylons and the rotunda. Combined with the robust BrightSign media players for continuous operation and powerful playback PCs for dynamic content, this setup ensured the “quiet operation” typical of AVMS – without any failures or image artifacts.

Media technology that sets standards

With the LED rotunda at Productronica 2025, AVMS impressively demonstrated how modern media technology can take trade fair presentations to a new level. The Rehm stand, designed by Bruns Messebau, was a crowd-puller and underlined the company’s innovative strength.
