Virtual Production (VP) is an area of the digital cinema workflow where filming takes place in front of a large LED screen. Traditional green screens are thus replaced. The LED walls are filled with virtual xR backgrounds to create reactive backgrounds in real time. LED Virtual Production provides more realistic lighting, with the right highlights, light shifts and reflections. The team is not confronted with time pressure and restrictions of the environment, they can shoot at any time with perfect lighting conditions. That is simply extra class!

LED displays offer a cost and time efficient solution by moving directly from pre-production to post-production. Directors can instantly see the environments through the camera lens and work to make adjustments on set. You don’t have to travel to an exotic set to get that unique must-have shot. The crew can work on site and safely – saving even more production costs.

The Cube high-end 3D xR film studios are equipped with at least 3 LED walls in the shape of a corner. Ideally, high-resolution LED modules are used for the walls and a resilient LED floor.
