The city of squares. But yesterday it was one thing above all: the hub of the financial world. The Fondskongress in Mannheim is something like the class reunion of the financial sector &#8211; only with less punch and more suits. Markets, returns, bulls and bears are discussed here. It&#8217;s loud, it&#8217;s busy, and there&#8217;s damn little space and time to set up.     <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-898af8b elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"898af8b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">The challenge: high-end optics in fast motion<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e77b6b3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e77b6b3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-path-to-node=\"12\">A congress is not a traditional trade fair with days of set-up time. In Mannheim, every hour counts. At the same time, the demands of exhibitors &#8211; especially in the financial sector &#8211; are extremely high. A crooked edge or a flickering picture is as confidence-inspiring as an investment advisor hiding his money under the mattress.   <\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"13\">Our solution to this dilemma yesterday was three different approaches that have one thing in common: They look like one piece, but have a modular structure.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-467c70c elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"467c70c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3 data-path-to-node=\"14\">Case Study 1: Fidelity &#8211; The art of the corner with Octawall and INFiLED<\/h3><p data-path-to-node=\"15\">We realized a corner solution for <b data-path-to-node=\"15\" data-index-in-node=\"4\">Fidelity<\/b> that is a small technical masterpiece of precision. The <b data-path-to-node=\"15\" data-index-in-node=\"116\">Octawall Pro system<\/b> was used here, a modern frame system optimized for the seamless integration of LED modules. <\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"16\"><b data-path-to-node=\"16\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">The technology in detail:<\/b> We have installed the <b data-path-to-node=\"16\" data-index-in-node=\"42\">INFiLED DB 2.6<\/b> here.<\/p><ul data-path-to-node=\"17\"><li><p data-path-to-node=\"17,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"17,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Pixel pitch:<\/b> 2.6 mm. Why? Because the viewing distance at a congress is often only 2 meters. With a coarser pitch (e.g. 3.9 mm), the visitor would see the &#8220;fly screen effect&#8221;. At 2.6 mm, the image merges into a perfect surface.   <\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"17,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"17,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Deep Black (DB):<\/b> The INFiLED DB series uses special black LEDs and masking for extremely high contrasts. Black is really black here. <\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"17,2,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"17,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">The corner solution:<\/b> The exciting thing was the integration across the corner. Many LED walls leave an ugly gap here (the &#8220;Gap of Shame&#8221;). Thanks to the precise mechanics of the INFiLED modules and the accuracy of fit of the Octawall frame, we were able to create an edge that looks razor-sharp.  <\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-path-to-node=\"18\">The result: a media wall that looks as if it is part of the architecture. No visible cables, no wobbly tripods. Just business.  <\/p><h3 data-path-to-node=\"19\">Case Study 2 &amp; 3: Goldman Sachs and UBS &#8211; beMatrix and LEDskin<\/h3><p data-path-to-node=\"20\">At <b data-path-to-node=\"20\" data-index-in-node=\"4\">Goldman Sachs<\/b> and <b data-path-to-node=\"20\" data-index-in-node=\"26\">UBS<\/b>, we relied on a different kind of horsepower: the <b data-path-to-node=\"20\" data-index-in-node=\"76\">beMatrix frame system<\/b> combined with <b data-path-to-node=\"20\" data-index-in-node=\"113\">LEDskin 2.5.<\/b><\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"21\">As a beMatrix LEDskin partner, our heart beats faster when we install this system. The principle: the LED module is not placed <i data-path-to-node=\"21\" data-index-in-node=\"133\">in front of<\/i> the wall, it <i data-path-to-node=\"21\" data-index-in-node=\"159\">is<\/i> the wall. <\/p><ol start=\"1\" data-path-to-node=\"22\"><li><p data-path-to-node=\"22,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"22,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Integration:<\/b> The modules (496 x 496 mm) are simply clicked into the system using the patented &#8220;B62&#8221; connectors.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"22,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"22,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Zero-Depth:<\/b> The LED wall is flush with the printed panels on the rest of the wall. This creates the &#8220;clean chic&#8221; that designers love. <\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"22,2,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"22,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Cable management:<\/b> The rear is openly accessible but hidden in the system frame. No tripping hazards for the CEO. <\/p><\/li><\/ol><p data-path-to-node=\"23\">Modules with a <b data-path-to-node=\"23\" data-index-in-node=\"27\">2.5 mm pixel pitch<\/b> were also used here. Stock market prices and small print must be legible. Nothing is more embarrassing than an &#8220;8&#8221; that looks like a &#8220;0&#8221; due to a lack of resolution.  <\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"33\"> <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div &#8220;System construction? That&#8217;s Lego for grown-ups.&#8221; Yes, it is. And that&#8217;s exactly the genius of it. The superstructures drastically demonstrate the advantages:<\/p><h3>1. sustainability (Green AV)<\/h3><p>Sustainability is part of our DNA. We drive Tesla, Cupra and VW ID, use green electricity and prefer to repair rather than throw away. System exhibition stands are sustainable by definition. <span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\"><strong>Reusability:<\/strong> Frames such as beMatrix or Octawall are used hundreds of times. <\/span>   <span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\"><strong>Logistics:<\/strong> A disassembled frame system takes up a fraction of the space of bulky wooden walls in a truck. This saves CO2 and our economical trucks thank us for it.   <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\"><strong>Less waste:<\/strong> no wood ends up in the container after the congress.
