The KL Fresnel 8 FC was developed for TV and film, theater, trade shows and any other AV application that requires a soft light with high output, precise color rendering and adjustable color temperature. The KL Fresnel 8 FC produces the soft fill light that designers want to set the scene for performers or scenery on stage. With a wide range of saturated colors, subtle pastel tones and dynamic white light, it is an ideal key and fill light source for situations that require outstanding performance and color quality.<\/p>\n

The KL Fresnel 8 FC delivers the highest quality of light with dynamic color temperature adjustment and full color control. It has a highly efficient 500 watt RGBMA LED engine that is calibrated to 6,500 Kelvin and emits a very diffuse light. The spotlight generates over 18,000 lumens and has a motorized zoom range of 10\u00b0 to 50\u00b0 for easy adjustment of the beam size. For more precise illumination with less spill light, adjustable and removable 8-blade barndoors allow the light cone to be individually adjusted.<\/p>\n

With a CRI of 94.5, TM30 of 88 and a TLCI of 94, the color rendering is of the highest quality and therefore extremely accurate for both the eye and the camera. Like all devices in the KL series, KL Fresnel 8 FC is particularly quiet and therefore meets the requirements of the stage and studio.<\/p>\n

The KL Fresnel 8 FC has been optimized for the special requirements of the broadcast sector and can be flexibly adapted to any camera thanks to green\/magenta adjustment and white balance. In addition, the PWM frequency can be set to up to 25 kHz so that no flickering occurs even when high-speed cameras are used.<\/p>\n

The device is DMX controllable, supports RDM and offers intuitive manual control for stand-alone operation to directly adjust zoom, intensity, color temperature, green\/magenta adjustment, colors and other important settings. The display and the control encoders are positioned on the side of the device for easy access.<\/p>\n

The KL Fresnel 8 FC is lightweight and robust to withstand the rough handling on today’s fast-paced sets. It is supplied with a 28 mm TV spigot and can be mounted on a tripod or suspended from a truss using a standard clamp.<\/p>\n

The exceptional color rendering quality, the precise color temperature presets and the remote-controlled LED refresh rate make the KL Fresnel 8 FC a first choice for modern production environments.
