The annual general meeting of Haus & Grund was equipped with event technology<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

When holding an annual general meeting<\/strong>, there are a number of things to consider when selecting event technology<\/strong>. Everything was thought of at the AGM<\/a> for Haus & Grund Deutschland, so that everything went according to plan in the Chamber Music Hall of<\/a> the Mendelssohn House<\/a> in Leipzig. This is no wonder, because AVMS has been competently managing this event for years.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Light, sound, stage, deco, video and camera technology, tuning and live streaming from Leipzig to the world<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

For adequate lighting<\/b>, a truss construction<\/b> was suspended from the hall ceiling and numerous spotlights<\/b> were mounted and aligned. Thus, the previously set up stage<\/b> as well as the performers shone in bright splendor. Colored washlight spotlights<\/a> provided beautiful ambient lighting<\/b>.<\/p>\n

The stage background<\/b> was realized with DCP frames and a textile back wall as decoration<\/b>. A large preview monitor<\/b> showed speakers desired information and a smaller display showed available speaking time. Two 130″ LED screens<\/b> on height-adjustable tripods, displayed information about the speaker or important info.<\/p>\n

The lectern<\/b> was equipped with a monitor in portrait format, which displayed the customer logo. High-quality microphones<\/b> and profile loudspeakers<\/b>with excellent speech reproduction<\/b> were used for the sound system. <\/p>\n

The voting, which is obligatory at such events, was realized with a professional voting system and carried out without errors.<\/p>\n

In order to reach members who were not able to be on site, the meeting was broadcast via live streaming<\/b>. A hygiene concept was drawn up and implemented for the participants on site in accordance with the legal requirements.<\/p>\n
