Video wall with radarTouch extension for extremely large image areas

Experience a new dimension of interactivity with the video wall with Radar Touch extension! This innovative solution combines the impressive size and image quality of a video wall with the precise and intuitive control of radar technology. The radarTOUCH is designed for multi-touch applications that exceed standard display sizes. Due to the unique laser-based functionality, it is not necessary to touch the display. This allows touchless interaction with any display, screen or even the floor.

Frames with infrared scanning are often no longer practical for extremely large video walls. In these cases, scanning by laser beam is the most suitable method.

The core of the system is an infrared laser scanner, which places a laser fan over a defined plane. This two-dimensional, invisible surface can be up to 25 meters wide. Even larger areas are covered with several systems using the radarSTITCHER software extension. Another software extension, radarTRACK, can be used to determine the positions of up to four people.

The radarTouch system is not only suitable for monitor walls but can be used on all surfaces. In addition to LED walls, shop windows and ice surfaces, even virtual surfaces can be scanned. This results in a wide range of possible applications at trade fairs, at the POS and in the creative environment.
