Participant management

With the participant management you can easily invite your customers or lecture participants. The participant then registers himself and receives a reminder in time before the event. You have the possibility to block the access for unwanted persons at any time.

Live stream

The portal offers the integration of a live stream as standard. Optionally, the output of up to 4 streams simultaneously is possible. In this way, several series of lectures can be broadcast in parallel at one event. The visitor can then switch between the lectures at will.

With our fixed and mobile streaming studios we can optionally generate and transmit image and sound signals in highest quality.

Chat functions

It is also practical to use the free or moderated chat function . When using the free chat function, each participant can send his questions or comments to all other participants. In moderated chat, a moderator sorts the messages and can choose to send the responses to the requester, all participants, or even the presenter.

Voting

The voting function can be used for votes or polls alike. If the participant data is known in advance, voting weights can also be entered. AVMS Virtual Workspace supports sharing of multiple audio and video formats, presentations with advanced whiteboard features – such as pointing, zooming and drawing – public and private chats, desktop sharing, integrated VoIP with FreeSWITCH and support for presentation of PDF documents and Microsoft Office documents as well as subordinate online conference rooms (so-called breakout rooms).

In addition, users can participate in the conference in one of three roles: viewer, presenter, or moderator.

As a viewer, a user can join the voice conference, share their webcam, raise their hand and chat with others.

The presentercan upload slides and videos and control and edit the presentation or share their desktop.

As a presenter he can do everything a viewer and presenter can do. In addition, he can assign user rights, e.g. mute or unmute users, exclude any user from the session, start polls, open additional breakout rooms and assign participants. He can also make any user the current presenter or moderator.

The tool also offers the possibility to start polls and to integrate a translator for subtitles if multilingualism is required.
