Impressive light show at gala event in historic building inspires guests

This gala event for an industrial client was certainly not an everyday assignment for the crew of AVMS. The historic venue was ceremoniously staged from the outside with many spotlights. Both the building and the beautiful park were colorfully illuminated.

The large ballroom was equipped with a large stage along with the side aisles. These were made with Atomic Design Panels and Cameo Wash-Lights and served as changing and backstage areas, among other things.

A large rig was installed under the ceiling, on which a total of around one hundred lamps and moving head spotlights were mounted to create the right lighting effects for the speakers, acrobats and DJ. The elaborate lighting was controlled by grandMA lighting consoles.

Als Soundsystem für den Disco-Event kamen bereits vorhandene L-Acoustics Linearrays der Veranstaltungslocation zum Einsatz.

In order to be able to reliably guarantee the assembly and dismantling as well as the support, about fifty colleagues, as planners, structural engineers, technicians and helpers were in action.
