High-resolution LEDskin® P1.5 modules on the beMatrix exhibition stand at the Best of Events

At the Best of Events 2025, beMatrix presented a black multimedia exhibition stand together with bePartners. The new 1.5mm LEDskin® modules were installed in the system as a small 2x1m wall. LEDskin® 2.5mm modules were installed with an eye-catching pattern. Modules and black panels were used alternately. The clever display created a great long-distance effect for the exhibition stand. Within the stand, the tower with LEDskin® on three sides caused quite a stir.

Partnerships are actively practiced at beMatrix. On the occasion of the new stand presentation at the Best of Events, beMatrix once again invited bePartners to jointly present products and solutions for the popular trade fair system.

The stand design was created by DA.FO. This also included the motifs on the prints and panels.

The Van Straaten Group then took over the printing and finishing of the piping fabrics and Velcro panels. The result was impressive. Thanks to precise production, all fabrics were free of ripples and creases and of high print quality.

The Concept Atelier team was responsible for setting up the trade fair stand. The construction of the entire stand with ceiling, rear wall, front wall, counter and furniture was completed after three days thanks to the competent fitters.

AVMS GmbH installed the LEDskin® modules and the beTV display and loaded them with content. In contrast to a full-surface LED wall, a kind of chessboard pattern was created by deliberately omitting modules, which attracted significantly more attention. Sometimes less is more. The LEDskin® P1.5 and the beTV provided particularly sharp video images.

At this year’s Best of Events, beMatrix presented the new double-decker exhibition stand together with bePartners. LEDskin® modules were mounted with an eye-catching pattern. Modules and black panels were used alternately. The clever display created a great long-distance effect for the exhibition stand.

Fischer Messen + Ausstellungen was responsible for setting up the exhibition stand. The double-decker could be erected in its basic form after just a few hours. It then took about a day to complete all the details such as handrails and floors. The entire stand with ceiling, back wall, front wall, stairs, counter and furniture was ready in three days.

beMatrix booth with LEDskin® at Euroshop 2020

beMatrix booth with LEDskin® modules and touch table

We built our booth at Euroshop 2020 from beMatrix frames. The surfaces were covered with printed textile webs. In addition, a gate with LEDskin® modules was installed and played with animated patterns and landscape images from the media player. The interactive touch table was used for customer presentations.

Every three years, Euroshop opens its doors to introduce visitors to new shop design concepts, digital signage applications, payment systems and trade fair services. AVMS is also represented at the Euroshop for the second time as an exhibitor with its own stand and a team of consultants. This year we built our AVMS booth from reusable beMatrix wall modules and LEDskin® modules. For this we used the matching printed fabrics and brand new LED modules with 2,5mm pixel pitch. The LED surfaces were each equipped with media players as well as appealing self-rendered content. The large monitor played high-resolution 4k content. We have timed the playback for all areas per playlist. timed coordinated with each other.

With the touch table, the AVMS sales team presented the AVMS products and services professionally and at the same time in a playful way. However, the simple operation also enabled the visitors to obtain comprehensive information on their own. For this purpose, thematically matching objects were produced in the 3D printer and provided with markers. Once the visitor had positioned the objects on the touch table, they were detected by the object recognition system and a menu opened showing the corresponding content. The contents (images, PDF, videos…) are started by tapping on them and can be moved, rotated or enlarged on the table. If the visitor puts the object back on the tray, the menu closes automatically. It was all so easy that even small children had successfully used the touch table.

Simultaneously with the start of Euroshop, we were able to announce the cooperation with beMatrix as LEDSkin® partner. With its own booth and the numerous integrated LEDSkin® modules, the advantages of the system were demonstrated directly. Thus, we also generated rental inquiries for LEDSkin® material directly at the trade show.

Through the moderate but effective use of technology, a high customer frequency was achieved on the stand. The AVMS booth at the Euroshop was a great success.
