AVMS Virtual Workspace supports sharing of multiple audio and video formats, presentations with advanced whiteboard features – such as pointing, zooming and drawing – public and private chats, desktop sharing, integrated VoIP with FreeSWITCH and support for presentation of PDF documents and Microsoft Office documents as well as subordinate online conference rooms (so-called breakout rooms).

In addition, users can participate in the conference in one of three roles: viewer, presenter, or moderator.

As a viewer, a user can join the voice conference, share their webcam, raise their hand and chat with others.

The presentercan upload slides and videos and control and edit the presentation or share their desktop.

As a presenter he can do everything a viewer and presenter can do. In addition, he can assign user rights, e.g. mute or unmute users, exclude any user from the session, start polls, open additional breakout rooms and assign participants. He can also make any user the current presenter or moderator.

The tool also offers the possibility to start polls and to integrate a translator for subtitles if multilingualism is required.

If needed, the facilitator can assign additional small groups to breakout sessions. Breakout sessions can be limited in time.
