In order to give trade fair visitors as realistic an impression as possible of their refrigerated shelves, refrigerated counters and freezers at the Euroshop, an intelligent media control system individually programmed by AVMS was used.

Various scenarios of the exhibitor’s exclusive room were controlled via a touch display.   Amongother things, different sound files were played back in parallel between three sound zones (sourround, sound shower and exhibit) and the volume was precisely adjusted to the decibel.

The customer was presented with ambient sounds as in a real supermarket via the surround system. Product sounds, such as the opening of a can, were performed over the sound shower. A loudspeaker in the exhibit was used to compare the volume of the old and new product line was demonstrated.

In addition, the room was controlled with different light scenes (lighted ceiling, lighted floor and twice Mini Spot). The floor lighting of the exhibit was also controlled by the AVMS touch display and could be switched on and off in different levels, as well as dimmed. In this way, different atmospheres could be presented to the customers. Programming and configuration was done via AVMS.

For the entire lighting we installed 120 LED spotlights. They provided different lighting moods, e.g. daylight and evening light.

Ten touch monitors running presono software were available to the customer consultants for their presentations.

For the booth party on each evening, AVMS set up and took down the appropriate sound system.

Every three years, Euroshop opens its doors to introduce visitors to new shop design concepts, digital signage applications and trade fair services.

On a 21m² INFiLED DB 2.6mm LED wall, our customer showed examples of his many impressive trade show projects. We had also equipped some of them with media technology. On a second 12,5m² LED wall with INFiLED DB 1.9mm, the special services were listed. Because of the many fonts displayed, we had recommended the use of these particularly high-resolution modules.

In addition to two high-resolution LED walls, another visitor magnet was used. The stand guests were brought up to speed with games and questions. A pulse rate measurement provided information on the extent to which the players were challenged. The pulse rate was visualized on several monitors. Depending on the result, the visitor was rewarded with a small gift.

Medical technology products require a clean look, also on the DKOU exhibition stand. Blue background lighting and the blue floor logos have a cool and hygienic effect. The LED ring fixed to a truss, with the special convex Curved modules, looks stylish and the font is very easy to read due to the good resolution of the panels. From below the wreath is additionally LED floodlight illuminated with blue light. The LED wreath gives the exhibition stand a good long-distance effect and thus stands out from the crowd of other exhibition stands.

Under the LED wreath in the consultation island we installed some monitors and a curved LED wall adapted to the radius of the walls. Several tablets and monitors were installed in the rest of the booth area for additional consultation stations.

On the truss we installed, we mounted spotlights for the ambient lighting, a DomeCam and several moving heads that projected the customer’s logo onto the stand floor.

For foreign visitor groups a people guidance system was provided. The entire network connection was also relocated and set up by AVMS.

All in all, the trade fair stand appeared modern, clear, clean and yet very interesting and of high quality. The exhibitor was extremely satisfied.
