The European Film Awards in Lucerne with an impressive show on over 100m² of LED

On 7.12.2024, the European Film Awards were presented to the best European films of the year for the 37th time in Lucerne. A varied supporting program with film screenings, debates and cultural events invited visitors on a journey of discovery through Swiss and European filmmaking throughout the year.

Various LED modules made an impressive stage show possible for the EFA winners.

If outstanding achievements are to be honored in a special setting, then a little more technology is in order.

This year, the award winners were able to bask in the light of many shining LED walls, banners and claddings.

In addition to a large LED wall above the stage, large areas were used behind and to the side of the stage. The curved surfaces on the stage were clad with particularly flexible LED modules made of INFiLED SF4.

To ensure that all content is transmitted without errors, the signal paths were implemented with fiber optic lines.

It’s always impressive how many empty cases make up the empties.
