AVMS Germany GmbH, together with the Book Fair organizers, will provide you with a live streaming studio in Hall 4.0 for use by the hour or day. only 990€ on. An additional hour for preparation and follow-up is included free of charge.

With our support, stream your reading, your lecture or your discussion live on the Internet, for example on your homepage, on Facebook, on YouTube.

High-resolution LED technology forms the background of the studio. For example, it transforms into a holiday landscape, shows the view into a factory hall or it becomes a bookshop in the pedestrian zone or in the shopping centre.

Skilfully supplement the media technology with real equipment elementsso that a convincing scenery is created. The presenter can use real exhibits and analogue aids such as flip charts or product samples. At the same time, he makes use of the multimedia possibilities of media technology. Additional products can be integrated by video overlays and mounted as a virtual model in the transmitted live image.

During readings and lectures, backgrounds can be shown to match the content. A live talk can easily be extended by adding further external participants on the LED wall.

The AVMS team takes care of the video and audio direction, the recording, the streaming and, if desired, the post-production.

AVMS Germany GmbH provides you together with the organizers of the Book Fair a live-streaming studio in hall 4.0 for hourly or daily use. For exhibitors of the Buchmesse one hour of use costs only 990€. An additional hour for preparation and post-processing is included free of charge.

With our support, you can stream your reading, lecture or discussion round live on the Internet, for example on your homepage, Facebook or YouTube.

50th anniversary of the University of Applied and Sciences

The University of Applied and Sciences in Frankfurt celebrated its 50th anniversary in September.

At the beginning of September, the University of Applied and Sciences in Frankfurt celebrated its 50th anniversary. It was founded as a state university of applied sciences in Frankfurt am Main on August 1, 1971, and its motto is “Opportunities through education”. It is the basis of progress.

In terms of teaching, the University of Applied Sciences guarantees graduates the opportunity to make specific career choices and a wide range of options on the job market, but also to better understand our complex society. Moreover, education promotes the personality development of students. In doing so, the University of Applied Sciences also follows its claim ‘knowledge strengthened by practice’: education benefits when it is anchored in practice – when theory is underpinned by practical, application-oriented examples.

The entire event was oriented around this motto. Hesse’s Minister President Volker Bouffier (CDU), the Minister of State for Science and the Arts of the State of Hesse, Angela Dorn, and the Head of the Department for Culture and Science of the City of Frankfurt am Main, Dr. Ina Hartwig, were invited to the ceremony.

Besides the stage program in the main building, there were also other program points to be visited during the ceremony. Various artists from the college presented their work in the adjacent building, which could be viewed throughout the evening. Another highlight of the ceremony was the anniversary cake made by the Viennese bakers Heberer.

The technical implementation of the entire anniversary celebration of the University of Applied and Sciences was carried out with the latest technology from AVMS Frankfurt.

With the latest technology in the field of video, sound and lighting, the AVMS team was able to guarantee a smooth running of the customer’s event.

Consumer Goods Digital Day at the AVMS Messe Studio Frankfurt

The hybrid event Consumer Goods Digital Day with participants in the trade fair studio and connected discussion participants

Recent guest in our AVMS Messe Studio, Messe Frankfurt with the Consumer Goods Digital Day.

Inspiration at trade fairs, personal exchange as well as stationary trade are only possible in a limited form during the Corona pandemic. Nevertheless, personal interaction in business remains irreplaceable .The cancellation of all physical trade fairs this year and last year were extremely painful for all industry players. Nevertheless Messe Frankfurt has succeeded succeeded in almost closing this gap with the hybrid event Consumer Goods Digital Day. to close this gap.

The interactive mix of lectures, workshops, trend shows, matchmaking and ordering through Nextrade has given many retailers a piece of Normality back. A total of 3,658 participants from 93 countries used the digital live event to prepare for future business challenges.

On the one hand, visitors were able to gain an insight into the most important trends and changing customer needs.

On the other hand, a digital platform cannot be a 1:1 substitute for the personal encounter at the trade fair on site.

The entire digital implementation of the Consumer Goods Digital Day was carried out from the professional AVMS studio with stage presence and live switching. The live talk could easily be supplemented by adding further virtual participants on the LED wall . An entrance control by means of Temp-GUARD temperature measurement as well as a Hand-GUARD hand disinfection ensured the necessary basic hygiene right at the entrance. This year’s German Design Award at Messe Frankfurt Studio honors innovative products and projects, their manufacturers and designers that are groundbreaking in the German and international design landscape. This is guaranteed by the top-class international jury. The German Design Award discovers and presents unique design trends: an award that advances the design-oriented economy.

Live talk with online connection and content playback

The digital programme “All Eyes On” was developed for the presentation of the winners of the German Design Award 2021 and the exciting topics surrounding the submissions, which also includes a format series with various interviews and lectures. Discussions with industry professionals and design experts about important trends and design topics such as innovation, brand, sustainability or digitalisation provide important insights.

Also this year, during the pandemic, you wanted to be able to present the German Design Award and choose the winners.

The entire realization was realized for two weeks in the studio at the Frankfurt fair. Perfect studio lighting, remote-controlled DomeCams and person-guided HD camera trains ensured the good picture. The externally connected participants used the hardware of their own notebooks and PCs for the video calls.
Industry experts and design experts were able to participate directly on site or via a video conferencing solution . from your office and from home on an LED wall into the discussion. High-quality microphone radio links were used to transmit the sound signals of the guests in the studio. The sound was distributed in best quality to the guests all over the world. The moderator, as well as the participants on site, were able to communicate with the guests via in-ear headphones.

With the latest technology in the areas of video, sound and lighting, the AVMS team was able to guarantee a smooth recording process for the client.

The press conference and panel discussion was broadcast live on the internet in German and English. The live talk could easily be extended by connecting additional external participants from all over the world on the LED wall. The AVMS team provided the appropriate lighting, video and audio direction, recording, streaming and post-production for the Frankfurt Fashion Week YouTube channel.
